Martha Harris

“I believe in what Baker stands for. As an alumna, I’m proud of my Baker degree. As a faculty member, I am proud of our programs and the quality of education that we provide to current students. While we may feel conflicted in being asked to contribute part of our pay to our employing institution, I think it is important to be supportive of Baker’s mission. We may not feel that our individual contributions are significant, but they are collectively an important show of unity in pursuit of our goals. They are also a good way to show our support of individual programs and initiatives that are especially important to us.”
—Martha Harris, '79, Acting Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Professor of Business & Economics

Sean Dooley

“On a daily basis, I get the pleasure to interact and work with our amazing student-athletes here at BU. To see them on campus, growing and developing into future leaders, gives me a great sense of pride. For most of them, the opportunity to receive the high-class education Baker University provides would not be possible without the contributions of others. I know every little bit benefits our students while also enhancing our award-winning departments and programs, and that is why I choose to give.”
—Sean Dooley, Head Men's Basketball Coach
